In this article we reflect on the relevance of anonymous stories as a way of performing feminist activism in the academic space, as well as sharing experiences that allow for confidential and safe sharing. To this end, in this article we share an extended conversation between the four authors about what it meant to carry out feminist interventions in the academic context. In particular, we reflect on “Anonymous Stories in 100 Words”, an initiative aimed at imagining and sharing feminist experiences through stories, and experimenting with writing as a space for critical and public reflection between the personal and the collective. As a result, we will discuss the relevance of imagining and sharing experiences through stories, using writing as a space for critical, public reflection, being a bridge between the personal and the collective. The article ends by highlighting stories from other people in the academy, and aspects that stand out with the discussion on what a feminist academy can/should be.
