The environmental (or ecological) crisis involves various elements, from the political and economic to the social and cultural, which shows that it is a problem that cannot be understood (or solved) from a single perspective. In other words, the environmental crisis encompasses various epistemological and ontological dimensions of different theories and areas of knowledge, since the environment is a complex, multidimensional and interdisciplinary object that requires a comprehensive approach. This article discusses the most recent ways of (re)understanding solutions to the climate crisis based on the new strategies of resilience and adaptation carried out by communities, especially in relation to how the technologies and practices developed by them allow us to glimpse a post-capitalist future to face the turbulent times ahead.
