This work provides a reflective insight into the project “Nomadic Constitution”, a multidisciplinary and performative documentary about political participation, human rights, and citizenship in the migratory context. Through the establishment of symbolic political assemblies in border contexts, I argue that the discourse of this project offers an innovative exploration of the potential held by symbolic processes of institutional creation and appropriation for normative reflection on possible worlds. Additionally, the work offers a description of the theoretical and methodological dimensions developed during the project’s execution to provide a record for future research in this field.
