Abstract

On Wednesday afternoon, November 25, 2020, Hillary Hiner and Marisol de la Cadena got together to talk virtually. Hillary contacted her by email and was able to tell her about the special dossier in which this interview was to appear. I already knew Marisol, to some extent, from her many publications, both in English and Spanish; Marisol is a well-known and award-winning anthropologist. She particularly liked her latest publication, Earth Beings, for its connections to post-humanist feminist theories and its novel methodology. The interview flowed in a spontaneous way, based mainly on the exchange, and focused, in particular, on that last publication.
